Annie V. (Matthews) Kaczypenski, widow of Henry Kaczypenski passed away peacefully at her home in Whigville today.
Daughter of the late Riley and Madie Lee (Gordon) (Springer) Matthews, Annie was born in Pearl, Miss. on Oct. 11, 1924. In addition to her husband and parents she was recently was predeceased by her dearly loved son Richard Kaczypenski on Feb. 3. She was also predeceased by a brother, Charles Travis Springer and a sister Ruth (Springer) Armstrong. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law: Jo Anne and Rudolph Poglitsch; two granddaughters; Elizabeth and Katherine Poglitsch; a daughter-in-law, Phoebe Kaczypenski; and a sister Clare (Matthews) Tower. Thanks and praise for Dora Aboagye, her caregiver and the Bristol Hospital Hospice Team! There were no calling hours and a private burial was in Burlington Center Cemetery. The Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol was in care of the arrangements.
