On Saturday, April 26, 11 senior boys competed in the 12th annual “Mr. BCHS Pageant,” sponsored by the Bristol Central InterAct Club, a junior division of the Rotary International club.
The event raised $1,700 for the Connecticut Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and will split more than $5,000 between the Bristol Boys and Girls Club and Rotary International’s Polio Plus project.
The contestants who competed for the crown were: Anthony Amenta, Kevin Anton, Trystan Brunet, Ethan Czarneski, Noah Fruin, Christian Hildebrand, Jon Hvozdovic, Nick Lori, Eli Minella, Max Orlando, and David Ryskowski.
David Ryskowski received the coveted crown. Jon Hvozdovic won the People’s Choice Award.
