The Bristol Eastern High School Lights project held yet another successful fundraiser back on Jan. 19 at the new Bristol Brewery Firefly Hollow. The event featured admission into the brewery, food from Chunky Tomato, and light desserts. The event raised $3,000 for the installation of the new lighting system at Eastern. Firefly ownership also made a donation as part of their efforts totaling $500 to help the cause. Owner Dana Bourque, a press release from the project said, was happy to help. Firefly Hollow will host the lights committee’s second fundraiser, which is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 from 6 to10 p.m.  Admission is $20, which also includes food. For tickets, contact John Stavens, Mike Archangelo, Chris D’Amato, or Jeff Caggianno at (860)584-7876 x 255. From the left are Dana Bourque, the owner of Firefly; Carly Fortin, Bristol Eastern High School principal; and John Stavens, event coordinator.
