On Friday, April 15, The New England Carousel Museum of Bristol welcomed Litchfield County Laurel Riders 4-H representative, Bri Castrogiovanni and long time horsewomen and event organizer, Lorna Morris Cyr to give a presentation on horses. Children learned about the care of horses, parts of the horse, gaits and different styles of riding. Children were able to choose Western or English saddles to try out.
