The weather has turned into a bummer this Memorial Day weekend. With the rains continuing to pummel the state, the Bristol Mum Festival announced on its Facebook page this morning that the balloon festival weekend has been cancelled.
The message was short and sweet this morning: “Balloons over Bristol has been cancelled for this weekend. We will keep everyone updated for a reschedule.”
