Police blotter for Aug. 14

The Bristol Police Department reported the following arrests last week.
•
•Justin S. Kalanquin, 34, of 350 Fern Hill Rd., Bristol, was arrested July 30 and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
•Kristen A. Chipman, 45, of 350 Fern Hill Rd., Bristol, was arrested July 30 and charged with third degree assault, second degree breach of peace and interfering with a 911 call.
•Nancy Jo Lockwood, 50, of 162 Prospect St., Apt: 2E, Bristol, was arrested July 30 and charged with second degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
•Anthony J. Arena, 24, of no certain address, was arrested July 30 and charged with sixth degree larceny.
•Parris Matthews, 26, of 9H Brookwood Dr., Rocky Hill, was arrested July 31 and charged with operation while under the influence, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without ignition device, operation of a motor vehicle while using a hand held telephone to engage in a call or while using a mobile electronic device, distracted driving behavior while committing a moving violation, and failure to wear seatbelt.
•Brian J. Magnano, 38, of 275 Robertson St., Bristol, was arrested July 31 and charged with criminal violation of protective order threatening and criminal violation of restraining order.
•Mark E. Herpak, 61, of 78 Fleetwood Rd., Bristol, was arrested July 31 and charged with operation while under the influence.
•Rosevelt L. Vann, 18, of 70 Boardman St., Apt: B9, Bristol, was arrested July 31 and charged with second degree breach of peace and second degree criminal mischief.
•Edwin Velez, 21, of 113 Stewart St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with first degree robbery and sixth degree laceny.
•Darlene Barriault, 40, of 104 Fallsbrook Rd., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny and sixth degree larceny.
•Misty A. Menyah, 42, of 532 North Main St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny and sixth degree larceny.
•Ney R. Casadopanigua, 34, of 15 Young St., Waterbury, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with criminal violation of restraining order and second degree failure to appear.
•Abigail L. Toohey, 23, of 27 Summer St., Apt: A, Bristol, was arrested Aug. 1 and charged with second degree breach of peace.
•Oscar L. Martinez, 35, of 24 Carlson St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with failure to drive right, operation while under the influence and operating without a license.
•Victor Gonzalez, 30, of 112 Curtiss St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with assault on a peace officer, interfering with an officer, operation while under the influence, traveling unreasonably fast, engaging police in pursuit, failure to obey control signal, unsafe passing and failure to obey stop sign.
•Kewin Morales, 36, of 124 Davis Dr., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with criminal violation of restraining order and first degree criminal trespass.
•Krystal Heller, 31, of 20 Tomlinson Ave. Plainville, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of marijuana less than four ounces, and illegal possession of narcotics.
•Casey Jo Pappas, 21, of 9 Woodbine St., Bristol, was arrested Aug. 2 and charged with operation while under the influence and following too close.
•Jezaida Fabrizio, 29, of 3 Driscoll Dr., Bristol was arrested Aug. 3 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Justin A. Francis, 22, of no certain address was arrested on Aug. 3 and charged with criminal violation of protective order- threatening and second degree breach of peace.
•Christine P. Fabrizio, 29, of 829 Wolcott St., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 4 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Ronald Mitchell, 46, of 151 Fair St., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 4 and charged with fourth degree sexual assault, sex contact without consent.
•Keith R. Colapietro, 27, of 376 Park Ave., Torrington was arrested on Aug. 4 and charged with third degree larceny.
•Ryan S. Oakes, 35, of no known address was arrested on Aug. 5 and charged with interfering with a 911 call, second degree unlawful restraint, and second degree breach of peace, and two counts for first degree failure to appear.
•Aaron Plummer, 27, of 69 Concord St., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 5 and charged with fifth degree larceny.
•Monique R. Stevenson, 27, 72 Park St., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 6 and charged with fourth degree larceny.
•Linda E. George, 63, of 83 Arch St., Apt. 206, New Britain was arrested on Aug. 6 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Hakisha Toro, 29, of 276 Steven St., Bristol was arrested on Aug. 6 and charged with disorderly conduct and third degree assault.
•Christopher Donofrio, 24, of 2 Park St., Apt. 4, Bristol was arrested on Aug. 6 and charged with violation of probation.
•Jerry Caron, 51, of unknown address, Bristol was arrested on Aug. 6 and charged with second degree failure to appear.
•Brodaric Baker, 55, of 10 Cedar St., Ellington was arrested on Aug. 6 and charged with failure to register for an offense against a minor, sex violation outside of Connecticut.
•Epifanio Rodriguez, Jr., 29, of 261 Grove St., Apt. 26, Waterbury was arrested on Aug. 6 and charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance, misuse of plates, operating without a license, and possession of less than one-half ounce of cannabis-type substance (first offense).
